First time mum to expereince Hypnobirthing

Anna Li Nissani finally was born in 39 weeks 4 days. No drugs,no medication ,pure joy and happiness. Her weight is 3.7 kg. She just used HypnoBirth breathing techniques and relaxation methods.After four hours' relaxation at home and big surges,as soon as they arrived in birth center ,the water was broke and baby Anna just popped out.Yes!It was just like that.

 

It was an extremely amazing experience and even hard to believe it was happening to first time mummy.She was calm, peaceful and no any discomfort when giving birth. I was wondering what makes it so special ?

 

Calm and peaceful mind.She had been practicing yoga until 39 weeks and swimming until 40 weeks.But most importantly, she was just so relaxed and you would not believe what Midwife said about her birth.One word: unbelievable!


Good diet and exercises made her stronger to give birth and she also read tons of books of natural and easy child birth.Two books that were highly recommended by Ruby .One of them  is the HypnoBirth book written by Marie Mongan .The other one is Ina may 's book of natural birth.The more knowledge you have ,the less fear you have .Prepare for all sorts of situations and let your body decide for you. Surrender to your body and embrace all the challenges.
